Clairon | 2022

Description

Clairon is our debauched version of the old and dusty “Clairet de Bordeaux”. And why not make it our way, by mixing red and white wines… in other words, a Rhite Wine!! It’s not easy to find a balance between these two colours, but the result is all the more intriguing! 

You will find length on the palate thanks to its light tannins, the vinosity of the Merlot, and the unctuosity from the fatty Semillon. Enjoy yourself and taste it while allowing the serving temperature to change, as several wines are hidden within!
