Laurent Bordes and Annica Landais-Haapa are the newest urban winemakers, travelling the vineyards of France in the quest for good grapes. Their project is called Les Chais du Port de la Lune, Port of the Moon's Cellars, first cellar to vinify, press and mature wines in the City of Bordeaux since a long time. Their ambition is to create wines where they are consumed, paying homage to their partner vine growers as well as the origins of the grapes.

Since the installation of their steel tanks and barrels in an old renovated bunker in 2018, in the area the North of the City, the duo has bottled more than ten intriguing cuvées already in these specific facilities. All their cuvées are made out of ecological grapes or under conversion into ecological culture grapes, hand-picked on selected plots and available in our online Boutique !
