Three varieties which sing together like the most organised choir, and yet artfully spiced with a seventies punk rock sauce. This is our take on a so-called Hermitage wine, which transports our dear Syrah to a playing field far from her home! A long time ago, well before punk rock, our ancestors invented this blend.

This is a Bordeaux style blend, garnished with a spicy touch of sunny Syrah. In this case, from Corbières. Slow fermentations, a fine-tuned concentration, and a skillfully controlled 9 month maturation in 3 to 5 year old barrels give this wine great aging potential, although it is highly drinkable from a young age.
