With a single sigh, a couple of fishermen carry on with their work, in contrast to the vision of a world that is collapsing. A short moment where everything comes to a halt, like a musical break. This melancholic picture gives a delicate, deep and complex impression, succinctly illustrating this cuvée.

This new Gamay from Beaujolais, vinified by carbonic maceration, fully brings out the identity of its terroir of origin. The gently macerated Grenache comes through to add vinosity and length. Finally, the Merlot, with its body, brings together this entire little world! To be aged if you have the patience!
