Description

Natural Sparkling wine, or “Pet Nat” as it is colloquially known in France (after “Pétillant Naturel”)?! Easy to drink, it’s a skilful blend of traditional techniques whilst bringing out the natural fruity notes. Suffice to say that a fermentation can simply finish up in the bottle, without adding anything else. This gives it a slight natural cloudiness. Get ready to go dance under this gentle purple rain!

A 100% merlot from the Côtes de Bourg, harvested in the cool early September mornings, which maintains a fine tension on the palate, with crushed strawberries on the nose.
