Description

A musical air (or “Souffle”) is nicknamed the third air, after the wind and the breath. An upturned landscape, the sky on the ground and the earth in the sky, all upside down through the speed of the wind. Here is a gastronomical white wine which won’t fail to send your spirit traveling. Its 50% Chardonnay gives it roundness and volume on the palate capable of entirely enveloping any being. The Colombard du Gers, with its acidic notes of pear and citrus fruits, forms the spinal cord which holds this wine together, saving it from too much opulence.
