Description

A gramophone is an old machine used to play music etched onto a vinyl disc. When granny cranks the handle, everybody starts to dance… maybe it might work if we crack this bottle open ?!! 

This 100% Chenin finds its balance through the Anjou’s acidity and the Limoux’s elegance. This latter’s strength on the nose, with its complex aromas of stone and citrus fruits, dried fruits with white flowers and honey give it a wonderful length on the palate. A bitter touch perfectly rounds up the finish on the palate.
