The baseline of this blend is balanced between Grenache, Négrette and Syrah to bring roundness and a bouquet of spices on the palate. The Cabernet Franc and Merlot from 70 year old vines, grown biodynamically for the past 10 years in our dear region of Bordeaux, lay the foundation for this wine. This is a wine which can be served cool in the summer, and will continue to delight your palate until the end of the Autumn.
