Description

Cadence is fresh and full of tension, rythmed by two grape varities : The Colombard that sets the tempo on the palate with pear and citrus notes. The Gros Manseng that brings flesh,smoothness and delightful acidities harmonising the lenght in mouth and counter balancing the attack of the Colombard.

To maintain these acidities, the vinification and ageing were managed through the use of 30% steel tanks, 30% old oak barrels of 5 wines and 40% in a demi-muid (barril of 600 litres) of 4 wines.
